Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location. You’ll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order. 

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but please be aware that we may not be able to make any changes if your order has already been processed. It is important to note that customers are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes made after the order has been processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it to avoid any unnecessary costs or delays.
